Fillerss Return & Refund Policy

At Fillerss, we’re committed to delivering premium-quality dry fruits with care. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’ve made our return and refund process simple and hassle-free.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns under these conditions:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived damaged.
  • The product was expired upon delivery.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Please note, the first return/exchange is free. Subsequent returns/exchanges against an order/item incur shipping charges which are to be borne by customer. Kindly email us for initiating second time return/exchange at Fillerssofficial@gmail.com

Refunds

Once your claim is verified, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

Not happy with your order for any reason? Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Even if the product is fine, we’ll work with you to make it right. This may include:
